About Lee Crawford

Lee has always been drawn to a good story, especially one that captures the imagination. As a PR Specialist at Magnolia, he brings that passion for storytelling into his work through communications strategy, content creation, and a creative mindset shaped by experience across agencies, nonprofits, the healthcare sector, and professional associations. He works with clients to uncover the stories worth telling and find the most compelling way to tell them.
Before joining Magnolia, Lee worked across communications and marketing roles in both Canada and the UK. His experience includes leading communications for the Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia (PABC), supporting national campaigns at Carers UK, developing fundraising and awareness campaigns for nonprofits, and delivering internal communications for the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA).
Across these roles, Lee has worked on everything from media relations and campaign development to stakeholder communications, digital content, events, and brand storytelling. His approach starts with understanding the audience, then finding the clearest and most engaging way to reach them.
Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Digital Animation from the University of Hertfordshire and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, giving him a strong foundation in visual creativity, communication, and making complicated subjects easier to understand.
