Megan is all things sweet, but she doesn’t melt when it rains. (And in the world of communications, sometimes it can pour!) Her warm smile greets us every day, her kind heart radiates through every phone call and her pleasing nature adds a touch of class to Magnolia. As General Manager at Magnolia, Megan juggles multiple responsibilities including managing client accounts, closing business deals, and bringing a positive work culture to the forefront.
Megan’s background is in public relations where she has led several well-known international client accounts in the manufacturing, technology, payments, and consumer industries. In her professional career she has landed clients in well known publications such as Reuters, Canadian Press, Financial Post, Bloomberg, the Washington Post and more. Her passion for PR and Communications brings a unique creativity and hunger for growing client accounts and pushing the team to new heights. Megan is our steady hand and shade, under the Magnolia sun.
Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University, where she majored in Communications and minored in French. She also has a Public Relations Certificate from SFU, which she spontaneously trekked 43 hours by car across Canada from Ottawa to Vancouver to get. Quite the journey, but we’re so glad it led her to Magnolia.
