By the end of 2022, 39.2 percent of all households in the region had at least one smart home product or system which equals to 57.5 million smart homes. Somfy is enhancing the connected living environemnt following their announcement to release a new line of motors and products that allow all future Somfy motors to connect with Zigbee 3.0, Somfy RTS, and future smart home innovations. The Zigbee 3.0 protocol is an interoperable, globally adopted and secure IoT solution used to connect smart home devices to a consistent network and language, creating an ecosystem of products that work seamlessly together.
